Kandal Provincial Police News and Quick Reaction Team Responds to Famous Citizens' Rumors on Television Cockfighting

Cambodia News, (Kandal): The Information and Quick Reaction Team of Kandal Provincial Police received an anonymous message reported in the message box of Kandal Provincial Police: "People have been gambling on chickens on TV at the coffee shop named Apov on Koh Khsach Tonlea, Saang district, Kandal province, and they were shouting and deafening to the villagers from 1pm until late at night. ”
Immediately after receiving this information, Major General Chhoeun Socheat, Kandal Provincial Police Commissioner, ordered the Saang District Police Inspector to investigate the case reported by the villagers.
As a result: On Sunday, January 17, 2021, the Koh Khsach Tonlea Administrative Police Force of Saang District Police Inspectorate searched and found the location of the house owned by Ly Lun Hay, female.
After the police checked, they found out that they were secretly playing cockfighting videos online. For the owner of the above location, the police of the Koh Khsach Tonle Administrative Police Station have now educated, instructed, and made a contract to stop the operation of online cockfighting.
Therefore, the public who use social media, please be informed: No online cock-fighting is permitted.
