8Yo Girl Hanged Herself at her Grandma's

So sad. An 8-year-old girl decided to hang herself because she was angry that she could not play on the phone!

Cambodia News, Kampong Thom Province: On January 17, 2021, in Leap Tong Village, Trea Commune, Stong District, Kampong Thom Province, a young girl named Penh Suosdey hanged herself with a krama on a clothes rack.
The girl was about 8 years old, and was living with her grand-parents while her parents are away working in Thailand. The young girl was reportedly angry that her grandmother told her that she must stop playing on her phone.

RIP.

People do not understand how Phones create Habits .. Phones are are additive to all but for youth they are a way out . The bubble that is created by them

Where does an 8 year old even get the idea of hanging herself?
From Khmer music videos is where. (He doesn't love me anymore so I'm going to jump off the bridge/hang myself in my room/throw myself into the oncoming traffic). Where do little kids get these silly ideas?

Just one more manifestation of Steve Jobs’ reckless, un-thought-out, Pandora’s box gift to mankind. It may sound ridiculous to lay this girls death at his feet. But if you think about it a bit, and follow the breadcrumbs backwards, it may gradually become less absurd.

Steve Jobs as modern Mephistopheles. That’s worth an essay right there! Maybe it’s already done.

"Could not play on the phone" is very serious business. It is not ridiculous to lay this girl's death at his feet. I detest Steve Jobless with every fiber of my being. Follow the breadcrumbs, put Steve Jobless and all his ancestors in a Pandora's box, fill that box with quick-set concrete, and drop that motherfucker into the Marianas Trench. Now, patiently awaiting your essay. Thank you.

Sounds dodgy. When was the last time you heard of a kid that age committing suicide? Somehow I can't recall a single case.

Yeah, UT flagged that in an earlier post..How does a girl that age even have the maturity to even think of such a thing? Sounds incredulous to me.
