Man Chases Parents with Homemade Gun
Cambodia News (Steung Treng): On January 8, 2021, the police arrested a drunk man chasing his parents, threatening them with a homemade gun, in Naoung village, Borey Ousvay Senchey district, Stueng Treng.
The suspect was identified as Lath Deng, 22 years old. He was a son of a 53-year-old man, Kek La. The suspect tried to attack his parents because they told him off for being drunk. The victims escaped in time, so nobody was injured.
The suspect was sent to Ousvay police for case preparation.

Re: Man Chases Parents with Homemade Gun
Not the usual homemade bicycle pump powered air rifle, that looks like a muzzle loaded hammer action shotgun or musket, albeit homemade.

Re: Man Chases Parents with Homemade Gun
It's very crude so it's hard to tell. Years back those muzzle loaders were still a thing in Laos, the hammer detonated a children's toy gun cap and then the black powder inside. I'm not sure how true it was but some of these hill-tribes said they made the barrel by gradually chipping down the center of a steel bar with a hot rod for years, eventually they would have a barrel. Some of these rifles looked to be more than 1 meter long.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

All held together with black pvc tape.Chad Sexington wrote: ↑Sat Jan 09, 2021 7:05 pm Not the usual homemade bicycle pump powered air rifle, that looks like a muzzle loaded hammer action shotgun or musket, albeit homemade.
You won't want to be too close to that thing when it first gets tested.

Why would they not just use the blue PVC piping the locals use for absolutely everything else?John Bingham wrote: ↑Sun Jan 10, 2021 1:59 am It's very crude so it's hard to tell.
