Tea for Two ? Suspects Arrested with Packs of Chinese Tea Methamphetamine

Cambodia News, (Kampong Thom): Kampong Thom Provincial Court has decided to detain two suspects in a drug distribution case after the provincial military arrested them in Kampong Thom village, Sangkat Kampong Rotes, Stung Sen City, on January 5 and sent them to court.

Brigadier General Kong Chhunly, Director of the Anti-Drug Office of the Kampong Thom Provincial Gendarmerie, said on January 7 that specialized forces cracked down on cases of storage and trafficking of illegal drugs and arrested two suspects at a rented house in Kampong Thom village, Kampong Rotes commune, Stung Sen city.

The two suspects are: 1. Moeut Mean alias Mao, 18 years old, living in Chhpeun village, Chamnar Leu commune, Stong district, and 2 - Lach Leang, 22 years old, living Spean Krong village, Chamnar Krom commune, Stong district, Kampong Thom province.

Police confiscated 59 packets of white powder crystals, equivalent to 2.75 kg of methamphetamine, all originating from 1kg packages of Chinese tea.

probably dreaming fast cash and now fucked up with a few years behind bars at the age of 18 and 22. Those tea bags are destroying the cambodian youth.

Why do they keep putting it into Chinese tea, does the meth have a smell, does tea hide the smell? They are bloody so stupid, in the past year there must be 6 or 7,groups caught bringing the stuff in. People put their marijuana in roasting bags, so it blocks out all the smell, very effective I must say. So Obviously the drug runners or suppliers, don't read the newspaper or Facebook much. So if meth does not smell, are they just getting caught because it's in tea packet's ?
