Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): 2 teenage male suspects, among a gang of 4, were captured after they robbed a bag from a woman, who screamed ′′ thieves! ′′ and chased them, inciting the citizens and undercover police to help chase down 2 teenagers on 2 motorcycles.
This incident happened at 5 pm on January 5, 2021 at the concrete road, Sre Chhak village, Sangkat Samrong Krom, Por Senchey district, Phnom Penh.

The two suspects, one named Oeun Ratan and one named So Theara, are both 16 years old, living in Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. The other 2 thieves have escaped.
The victim is named as Pov Sreynich, 22 years old, and the news source said that before the incident, the victim was driving a 125 Honda Diamond home from work, when suddenly, there were 4 suspects riding 3 motorcycles behind her, and 2 suspects successfully pulled the bag.
The victim then chased them and screamed ′′ thieves ′′ loudly, which surprised the bag snatchers and made them panic, and two of them fell off their bikes in the chase, and were captured by local people and the police.

Unfortunately, the other two thieves escaped with the bag, but police are interrogating the arrested suspects.

Young Oppertunists, can only see the situation in this type of crime growing with problems bought along by the pandemic, these kid's or young adults if you prefer need to be back in school or work. Their lucky not to be seriously hurt in a traffic accident, with the result of only falling from their Moto, are they legal to ride at their age, in this case they aren't sensible to be doing so. Hope the lady gets her bag back.
