I nearly wrote something to that effect, but figured everyone would pick up on my sarcasm. :facepalm:
I would have not thought you were being sarcastic at all, it's a bloody expensive item, for a mini caravan that is. I would have thought built on a micro van would have been more appealing and may even warranted the price.
I wonder if business is good and the little tidy caravans are selling. On the Khmer 24 site they seem to have 4 to 5 of them.

Haha. I've since decided not to go ahead with this idea. But if I did I'd be putting solar panels above the roof and likely some kind of shading (pergola or awning) on the sunny side, both of which would help.

Air-conditioning would keep the tiny house cool, and I would imagine with insolation the unit would run efficiently with low costs.
