If you transit through Taipei, Taiwan you WILL NEED the nasopharyngeal swap PCR. In fact EVA airlines will send you an e-mail on the exact test and the format they want it in. IATA recommends results 72 hrs before arrival, aka, get the results and paper 1 day before flying out.

Here is the template that EVA provides. EVA has 1 flight a week from Phnom Penh.

As for transiting through South Korea or Singapore, I don’t know. More than likely required.

Note test is NOT required to enter the United States.

Not required by Cambodian authorities for people departing, but you do need to double check the requirements of the airlines, transit locations and obviously the final destination.

Testing or the purpose of air travel is comducted at the NIPH - National Institute of Public Health, open 7 days, total cost is $130, don't forget to take your passport. Medical Certificate and lab results (as posted by NEw Kid above) are issued the following day at 1700hrs, and are dated the day issued, not day tested.

Just forget what I said about Taiwan.

Taiwan is now closed to transit starting Jan 1.

Only open to receive Taiwanese citizens returning from abroad.

Good luck.
