Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On December 17, 2020, at 12:50 am, a man used a gun to threaten 3 men on two motorbikes on the street 612, Sangkat Beungkok 2, Khan Toul Kok, Phnom Penh.

According to the three men, before the incident, they left from playing football and rode two motorbikes on the street 612 from north to south. Then, a man sitting on a chair in front of his house insulted the three men. The young men didn't know why he insulted them, so they got off their motorbikes and went to ask him what was the matter. But then suddenly, the man pulled a handgun from his waist to threaten the three men. They were scared, so they called the police for help.

According to the man who was the house owner, before the incident he was sitting in front of his house, when three men rode two motorbikes too loudly in front of his house, so he complained to them. But when the three men stopped and came up to him, he was scared, so he took out his gun to protect himself.
The police sent both sides to the police station for negotiation. Finally, the house owner agreed to pay 500 USD to the three men to end the argument.
