Man Arrested for Stealing a PassApp Tuk-Tuk

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On 15 December 2020, Phnom Penh Thmei police arrested a suspect for stealing a PassApp tuk-tuk from a rented house, on street 598, in Sangkat Phnom Penh, Khan Sen Sok, on December 11, 2020.

The suspect was identified as Ly Rouzaly, 39-year-old, who tested positive for drugs. The victim was identified as Pon Ath, a 38-year-old man, a tuk-tuk driver, living at the above address. The PassApp tuk-tuk was returned to its owner, but without the license plate.

The suspect was detained at Khan Sen Sok police station following the legal procedure.
