Phnom Penh: It is almost unbelievable that a sweet couple like Duke Duong Chhay and his wife reached such a stage of divorce after Lok Chumteav posted a message a few hours ago, much to the public's surprise.

In the page of Lok Chumteav, who is the wife of Duke Duong Chhay, posted a message with a photo together with her children, she wrote:
Please, aunts and uncles, please let me know that from today onwards, Duong Chhay and I have already agreed to divorce, so from now on, anything related to Duong Chhay Hei and his family is irrelevant. No more for me, thank you.

The wife of the (in)famous Duke Duong Chhay has announced that she no longer considers herself to be his wife, and she is asking for a divorce.
Her ex-husband, Okhna Doung Chay, has previously graced the pages of CEO News :

In political and sociological theory, the elite (French élite, from Latin eligere, to select or to sort out) are a small group of powerful people who hold a disproportionate amount of wealth, privilege, political power, or skill in a society.
An Okhna who is the son of an Okhna would fit that description.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

It should. She has a kid with him.

She should be set for life........lest he wants to lose face for being called a dead-beat dad on Facebook.

Now....the real move is swooping in there to be her new boyfriend. You'll never have to open your wallet again.

Well, for being able to be a 'kept man' it's worth the risk. ;-)

Fair enough. I always had in mind some intellectual gifts notions associated to it, high education, be an example for other members of society too. But that' s not always the case i guess. Theses don't seem to be matching with my idea of an elite, but i suppose i will have to lower my expectations.
