Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On December 7, 2020, at 6:20 pm, a 77-year-old American man, DAVID JOSEPH CURTIN, who was a disabled person, passed away in his Khmer friend's house on street 780, Sangkat Prek Pra, Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.

According to a 48-year-old man, Soun Kamsoth, a sculptor, said he and the victim had known each other since 2016 and met each other for the first time at the coffee shop. The victim had had knee surgery.
Then in June 2018, he met the American man again near Racharan school. The victim was in a wheelchair, helpless, and he had a physical disease. So Mr. Soun Kamsoth took him to stay at his house, where he and his family looked after the victim, and they got support from the victim's son monthly.
3 days before the decease, the victim was in serious condition and couldn't eat, then on December 07, at 06:20 pm, he passed away. The victim's friend reported this to the police immediately.

This Mr Soun sounds like a very compassionate human being. I hope someone makes his day, or more, from the US end.
