Officially, no deliveries. But someone did facebrag today about getting a wine delivery. Wasn't me!Freightdog wrote:Does this mean no deliveries of home cooked food, supplies, etc?were (officially) no longer permitted.
Two weeks drinking tea is going to be a bit of a strain.
Food wise, some items on the quarantine menu are quite OK. At least you get a choice. Plus there is the 24hrs room service menu which is a step up in quality but you pay on top of the regular meals, not instead of.

“The possibility to announce the end of the Nov. 28 event would not be made before Jan. 11, 2021 (the date for high school exam), but at least on Jan. 20, 2021, or in 35 days,” Mr HE said.

Re: COVID-19 Outbreak 28 Nov: Aeon Mall Closed and Other Connected Breaking News
While these are just suggestions so far, I can imagine they'll go through. The problem is that according to MOEYS rules, a student cannot enroll in a university unless they have passed their high school finals. So it will be like it was not that many years ago when cheating was rampant in high schools and anyone could pass. Maybe they intend for the students to do the exam at a later date? Seems messy, kids' education here has faced some serious disruption this year.CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Tue Dec 15, 2020 7:11 pm “All high school students of this 2019-2020 academic year are all allowed to pass the exam [without taking it],” he suggested.

This sounds like the gyms wont be opening anytime soon, and the bars and entertainment places look under threat of continued closure/restrictions.
Has anyone found a gym that has re-opened today?

“I would like to announce that the November 28 event is now under control. But I cannot yet declare it has ended. Citizens, please continue to maintain [heightened precautions] for the safety of all.
“The announcement of an end to the event can be made after January 20,” he said.
HE also called on citizens to continue to carry out preventive measures such as tracking people who do not quarantine according to Covid-19 guidelines.
He reminded Cambodians of the pandemic “DO’s” such as wear masks, wash hands; and maintain social and physical distancing of over 1.5m.
He also reiterated the coronavirus “DON’T’S”, advising people against visiting unventilated indoor places with air-conditioning and no fresh air, going to overcrowded places, touching each other, shaking hands, standing near each other or hugging each other.
