(Phnom Penh): On November 25, 2020, three suspected thieves were arrested at a flat under construction on Street 104, Kraing Krouch Village, Sangkat Tien, Khan Dangkor, Phnom Penh.

The three suspects :
* First: Pal Bunthon, alias Chruy, 35 years old, unreliable occupation, living in the area behind Stung Meanchey pagoda, Meanchey village, Sangkat Stung Meanchey 1, Khan Meanchey
* Second: Long Sidany, alias Choeun, 39 years old, unspecified occupation, living in a rented house in Sangkat O Bek Kam, Khan Sen Sok
* Third: Name: Soeun Sambo, alias Yuon, 18 years old, unreliable occupation, living in a rented house, Sangkat Boeung Salang, Khan Toul Kork.
The victim is named as Sun Sarin, 71, a construction contractor, residing in Village 2, Sangkat Teuk Laak 3, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh.

The seized items include: 2 transparent packets containing white crystals suspected to be drugs, 2 small bags, 2 lion knives, 1 pliers, 1 chocolate backpack, red Korean C100 motorcycle without license plate (old motorcycle). The stolen property is 1 moto-remorque, 1 steel door, 2 yellow motors, 1 window frame, 4 steel pillars, some small pieces of steel.

At dawn, the victim was asleep when the suspects stole construction materials, but he awoke and immediately called the local police who intervened and detained the three suspects with the stolen goods.

The suspects confessed that they had indeed stolen the victim's construction materials, and the victim filed a complaint with the Administrative Police Station for the authorities to deal with the suspects in accordance with legal procedures.
