This guy is a great guy he is Welch
Really depressed the last time I say him,, He does not have a passport its locked in some hotel
that closed down over night he did have money several days ago.. He told me he was very depressed
being stuck and he lived in my building up until 6 weeks ago when some crazy was hassling him

Where is he now does any one understand this ?

I will help the guy if i can find him.. he is not a wanker he is a very fun loving person

Shoes they have been stolen maybe,,,

That's why always order unopened bottled or canned beers... Glasses of red wine may be cheap but I wouldn't want to risk ordering by glass or opened red/white...
I do agree he does look too clean and tidy...
I agree with those who mentioned he probably got spiked and robbed...
never take stranger's drink... Nothing is free in this world....​
