I'm standing up, so I must be straight.

Snake is the boss of what? A ring of thieving expat methheads?
The only thieving expat that works under Snake seems to be Jonno, but there could be others. Snake, Sokchea Chheang, ran a lot of organized burglaries here in the past and did time twice for these crimes. The police would know more about what he actually does now. Jonno barely seems to breathe without asking Snake first. Way back in the beginning of this extraordinary year I spent some time getting to know Snake when i was trying to piece together what happened to a deceased friend. I was not impressed, but then again I don't steal so I guess i would not know what to look for in a guy that commits his life to other people's things.

Word on the street is that the man is called "snake" because of his patience and well-rounded trustworthy character, and the fact that he has a 15" penis.

Any police report made?

I am sorry, maybe I missed something in that description of the crime, but how does one use someone else's debit card without knowing the PIN? There are 10,000 permutations of a 4-digit PIN. Most debit cards shut down for 24 hours after 3 wrong tries at the PIN. Just asking?

The going rate is 50 bucks in my local junky town for a freshly stolen "tap" card.
but you gotta take the risk the victim did not report it quickly, or that the thief did not find it on the street last week.
The card buyer then buys cigs all over town as quickly as he/she can and sells them for 50-70%
(cigs here are about $50 a packet for the better brands these days - LOL, that's probably an even greater crime)
Ps, don't tell anybody, the cops just don't have the time to go scrawling thru CCTV for 50 buck heists.
junky stuff

I'm not aware of any debit cards here that require you to enter a pin when you make a purchase. I have a regular Acleda visa card and I just have to sign when the receipt comes out of the card machine. I've only ever had to enter my PIN at ATMs.cambo swa wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 11:34 pm I am sorry, maybe I missed something in that description of the crime, but how does one use someone else's debit card without knowing the PIN?
