It’s not hard to see why Cambodia would be nervous about being asked to pick sides between the US and China, given the whole region’s 20thC history.

Too soon to be called A Biden Presidency. That will be determined by the investigators and courts. Or Trump might even suspend everything and declare Marshall Law.
