Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): Khan Prek Pnao police arrested two men for trafficking weapons illegally and sent them to the serious crime department. The department police have prepared the suspect's case to be submitted to Phnom Penh court.

On November 9, 2020, the serious crime department police received a suspect named Seng Seangha, 29 years old, with a pistol no.M50935Z and some tools for stealing motorbikes from Prek Pnao police station. According to the prosecutor, Mr. Khuch Kimlong, on November 9, at 3 pm, the police also received another suspect named Cheang David, 19 years old, who was arrested at Santaury market, Khan Porsenchey.

The suspect, Cheang David, confessed that on October 1, 2020, he and his friend named Pheak, who ran away to escape, broke into a house in Khan Sen Sok and stole a gun, an iPad, and 400 USD in cash. He said that he agreed to sell the gun to the man named Chrok (Seng Seangha) for 600 USD, but he has not been paid for it yet.
