Houses Burn in Chamkarmon Fire in Phnom Penh
Cambodia Breaking News, (Phnom Penh): A fire broke out tonight at some people's houses at 11:30 pm on November 9, 2020, along Street 430, Sangkat Phsar Doeum Thkov, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh.
According to officials, the cause of the fire is not yet clear.

Cambodia News, Phnom Penh: On the night of November 9-10, four houses caught fire and were burnt down, causing surprise to the local people who called the fire brigade immediately.
The fire trucks intervened at 12:45 am on November 10, 2020, near the roundabout at Phsar Doeum Thkov, along Street 430 in Sangkat Phsar Doeum Thkov, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh.
Local witnesses said that before the incident, they smelt some smoke and then saw a lot of flames bursting from the buildings, so they reported it to the authorities.
According to sources at the scene, there are 4 shophouses in a row, the first and second houses were selling goods such as rice and foods for breakfast. After a preliminary investigation, authorities believe that the fire was caused by an electrical fault.
