Withdrew 1000$ from Sacom, there doesn’t appear to be a limit... However I was charged $5 and not the 4$ max they advertise.

After > 15 years and a minimum of 1% -- check out Schwab Bank. Need a brokerage account to get the bank account and a USA address/contact. Never use the brokerage piece. Verified no bank fees 10/2022. The ATM (mostly use ARA) will still charge fees but they are reimbursed at end of month on the bank statement. More importantly, the standard 1% VISA fee is waived from the start. Win Win
