Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): The National Bank of Cambodia on October 20, 2020 issued an announcement that there will be an auction this week on US$50 million, as a measure to keep the exchange rate of the riel stable during the current economic crisis.

The National Bank of Cambodia invites licensed banks, microfinance institutions and money changers to be ready to bid on the deadline. The minimum bid rate will be announced on the morning of the actual auction day.
