Cambodia News, (Kampong Speu): On Tuesday morning, on October 20, 2020 at 6:10am, there was a traffic accident on National Road No. 4 between km 63-64 at Kraing Lhong village, Moha Saing commune, in Kampong Speu province, between a car and a motorcycle, traveling in the same direction, from west to east.

Two people were riding together on the motorcycle with license plate Preah Sihanouk 1I-5033; the driver was Hang Sovan, male, 51 years old, the passenger was Keo Khim, female, 43 years old; both of them live in Kraing Lhong village, Moha Saing commune, Phnom Sruoch district, Kampong Speu province.


When the motorbike arrived at the scene, they were hit by a black Toyota Prius car with license plate Phnom Penh 2AW-5134. The unidentified driver hit them hard from behind, killing the motorbike driver at the scene.
The injured woman was taken to Trapeang Kraloeng Referral Hospital by relatives after the accident, and the driver of the car ran away from the accident scene. He escaped, but is being sought by police.
Kampong Speu police are holding the two vechicles as evidence while they track down the driver of the Prius.
