Looking for someone who might have gotten locked up(prison)

between march - june of 2020 . Should be an american or a white guy, and probably on drugs or weapons charges in cambodia. If anyone heard of anything please let me know

is their anyway to lookup who has gotten locked up recently or an archive of arrests in this past year? This would have occured in Phnm penh

Serious question: you don't know the charges, his nationality, name or age (20-early 40s), why are you making enquiries?

So if he's American he can be any colour. If he's not American he has to be white.

i dont know the person other than through messages . He stopped responding to messages so hes either on the run or in a prison in cambodia. due to his lifestyle - a kingpin with ak47s i dont know where he would be other than a prison or on the lamb

my curiosity roams . i'm assuming he is an american because of the messages i exchanged with him over 1 1/2 years.
