Cambodia News(Phnom Penh): On October 5, 2020, at 10:40 pm,, a 31-year-old man named Reth, a mechanic, reported that he had money stolen at the massage parlor named 199, in Sangkat Chom Chao 3, Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh.

The victim said that before the incident, he felt uncomfortable, so he went to get coined at the massage parlor. The massage lady asked him to take off his clothes, and then he felt sexy, so he asked the massage lady to include a sex service for 10 USD extra charge.
After that, he went to the toilet and left the massage place. But when he arrived at his garage, he realized that he had lost US$100 from his wallet.
So then, the man returned to the massage shop to complain, but the massage lady and the owner said they weren't responsible for what he lost. The massage owner called the police. The police went to the scene just for questioning and then went back to the police station. When the reporter arrived at the shop, the police came back and took the victim and the massage lady to the police station for further questioning.

The massage lady didn't confess, so police said that in that case, they would send her to the specialist police [CEO News: Not sure who the specialist police are, but that sounds foreboding.]
The woman then decided to pay the money to the victim to end the argument.
