Not sure. Maybe it's because they're uncircumcised?

It's already been mentioned but new to me. Funny thing was that the time I lived in Koh Kong there was always talk between expats, "can you make sausages" was always a question. I bought mine from Phnom Penh for the restaurant.

[Mod edit: no CNE links please]

Good luck to him.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

Yeah man, saw that ad on CNE now, kiff! Will order some boerewors and let you if "The ingredients and spices used in the production are the same as in the countries from which the sausages recipes are from." They look good, but not real wors.

I put in an order for $21 worth, he said it was in a taxi and should arrive early evening. Will report back.

He said there is a bit more than 1.5kg of meats in total, plus the delivery in an ice box and ice back, so works out about $12/kg or s0 + delivery.

Chicken, whole $4,50 a kilo
Pork Tenderloins, $5 a kilo.
Fish fillets, $5 a kilo

Sausages with god knows what's in them.... $10 a kilo and upwards, Lamb ones are $15 a kilo. Boneless shoulder is only $14.50 a kilo (Makro)

Am I missing something here?

In the civilised world...
Tesco finest cumberland sausages (the best) ...$8.50 kilo
Richmond Pork sausages (still better than anything here) $6.25 a kilo.
