Cambodia News, (Sihanoukville) : Cambodian navy officials report that the Vietnamese authorities have notified them that the bodies of two men were found floating in the sea in Vietnam, and one body was identified as Vietnamese and the other unidentified, is most likely Cambodian, with red thread tied around his arm.
According to the navy official, the other body is currently being kept by the Vietnamese on Koh Tral (Phu Quoc). In this case, the officer of the Cambodian Naval Base informs the Cambodian local population, that if they think they may have lost family members by drowning, to please contact the Naval Base to retrieve the body.
