What do you read? Poll.

Post by Kung-fu Hillbilly »

Just curious as to what book genre members might be more drawn to.

Can we get more than one option on the poll? I like a few of the genres listed.
Do you think the parents of baby boomers whined so much when the boomers started changing society? And yet the whiney ones like to call young people "snowflakes." Hmm...

I was sort of looking for the favorite genre of members as I considered many read across a few categories. If everyone voted for three or four options, I'm not sure you'd get a true indication of the most popular genre.

History and Science together swamp everything else - so far.

I try to read more nonfiction/self-improvement books (Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind/12 Rules for Life), but Crime/thriller novels are always what get me hooked. I've also been digging the Amazon First Reads. Most of the good ones seem to be series, and I hate waiting around for the next one that might come out months later.

A big shout out to @phuketrichard who brought me a Kindle from the US oh so many years ago! :beer3:
