Man Hangs Himself After Fight with his Wife

More tragedy.

Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): It has been reported that on October 3, 2020, in Room 346, 3rd floor, in Khan Kampol in Phnom Penh, Chiao Chen, male, 21 years old, unspecified occupation, residing at the scene, took his own life.

On the night of October 2, 2020, the victim had an argument with his wife and chased her out of the room to sleep with a neighbor, with the victim sleeping alone in the room. His wife, Lat Kunthea, is 24 years old and has a 3-month-old daughter.
Sources said that in the morning his wife knocked on the door to take a shower and prepare to go to work at the factory, but did not hear her husband answer, so she pulled out the window and saw that her husband had hanged himself.

Authorities arrived at the scene and performed an autopsy to find that the victim died from hanging, and then they handed over the body to the family for a traditional ceremony. RIP

RIP another thought living in those factory housing in a room 6*4 metres for years going nowhere can't be good,

Most of the rooms I've seen where a lot of factory workers live are a hell of a lot smaller than 6x4 sq. m.

And at 21, so much more life to live. Too bad the guy made that decision.

I don't know if there are more cases of suicide and domestic violence because of the economic situation, but there are more of these reports than usual I think ?
