Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On October 2, 2020, a man threatens to jump from the 3rd-floor of the World International School building, on street 320, in Phnom Penh. The rescue team and 711 teams are intervening to help the man at the scene.

Is it just my eyes or have the set that "bag" under cover, not outside where he would land.

Cambodia News, Phnom Penh: On the morning of October 2, 2020, a shocking incident occurred when a man attempted to commit suicide by jumping from the three-story building of the World International School on Street 230, called Kos Dong Road, Sangkat Teuk Laak 3 Toul Kork district.

However, the good news is that the man survived.

Cambodia News, Phnom Penh: A man tried to jump from the third floor of a private school building was reported by school management to Unit 711, Brigade 70, who took him into custody in cooperation with the police and local authorities and sent him to the Phnom Penh Department of Social Affairs.

The man is 35 years old, has no job, and is living in a rented house in front of Boeung Chhouk Market, Phnom Penh. When questioned by police, he appeared to have mental problems, but was not on drugs.

According to sources, before the incident, the man was seen entering the private school building and went up to the third floor of the building, standing on the railing, ready to jump. However, the man did not seem to dare. The school board immediately reported the incident to the authorities and the 711 rescue team and the 70th Brigade intervened.

9 story building, but only going up to the 3rd floor ?

So much security at that school.....A wonder he slipped through. As he only went to the 3rd floor he is probably afraid of heughts!

Those bags are expensive, they wouldn't want to risk a falling person breaking the bag.
