Don't seem to recall many women stealing motos. Is this really all attributable to Covid?

She should stick to selling bread, obviously useless at nicking bikes.
O well another day in the KOW

Re: Woman Drug Addict Steals Motorbike In Phnom Penh
About 18 months ago, a woman approached the security guard at 4am at the condo I was living in, sobbing, and said she urgently needed to speak to a friend in the building. She didn't look like a street rat. He let her in, and cctv showed her lingering in the stairwell between floors for a few minutes before returning to the ground floor and pushing my moto off the stand and rolling it down the street. The guard had wandered off to the toilet and left the gate open.
Cctv also showed a man waiting outside on the street out of sight who leapt up to help her after she had the moto out of the gate.
I just checked the stills I saved, and it's not the same woman.
