Cambodia News (Siem Reap): According to the information from Siem Reap police station, on September 24, 2020, the deputy Director of the National Security Department has been charged with having illegal drug substances in his body and driving a police plate car, after he tested positive for drugs.
The suspect, Sang Rayu, a deputy director of the national security department, was charged by the legal procedure. He was demoted and sent to the rehab center.
