Ahhhhh Why can't anything be simple.

So I'm now looking to call round Dr surgeries and have only just found out my top up only enables me to use data and call other smart sims.........

I'm confident it's user error and actually quite simple, but how in the WORLD do I get credit to call landlines?!?!

Thanks again in advance for your helpful responses....... they don't have to be positive this time I just want the info quick before I lose it!

You have probably subscribed to a plan which gives you on network calls and data. But have used up all your credit subscribing to the plan. Download smartnas app which will tell you what you are subscribed to and how much credit you have left.
