Three Chinese Busted in Phnom Penh Drug Raid
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On September 23, 2020, the Royal Gendarmerie sent three Chinese drug traffickers before the principle court in Phnom Penh. The suspects were identified as ZHOU CHAOJIANG, a 38-year-old man, MENG LINGSHUANG, a 36-year-old woman, and ZHAI FAQIN, a 37-year-old man.
The Royal Gendarmerie, accompanied by criminal police and the police of the anti-drug department, surrounded a room on a first-floor building on street 78, Sangkat Tonle Basac. The raid was coordinated by Mr. Plang Sophal, the prosecutor of Phnom Penh court.
The police found the 3 Chinese suspects in possession of two packets of drugs, a bottle, and other items.

Re: Three Chinese Busted in Phnom Penh Drug Raid
Seems like quite a heavy handed raid for such a small amount of drugs.
You could hide those drug packets underneath one of the smartphones.
I wonder if Khmer police ever do follow on sting operations or can even be bothered with finding the source of the drugs or at least the guy who sold it to these three?
You know they could offer them a reduced sentence if they helped set up a sting operation to catch the dealer. Then do the same with the dealer to catch his source, etc etc.
