Phnom Penh: A drug addict was arrested by the owner of the house and sent to the police after he used a machete to cut off the head of the car and threw stones at the roof of the house at 8:00 AM on September 6, 2020 at a house in Khan Chbar Ampov.

According to the report, on September 5, 2020, at 6:30 PM, the victim, Se Kim Wang, male, a 32 years old carpenter, living at home, left a white Lexus 400H with license plate Phnom Penh 2AO-2496 at the scene. The suspect who is a drug addict, took a machete, and attacked the victim's car before running away.
Then, the next day, on 6-09-2020, at 8:00 AM, the suspect threw stones at the roof of the victim's house and punctured two other places. The victim was arrested and handed over to the law enforcement authorities .

The suspect's name is Hang Sokkuna, male, 37 years old, Khmer, unspecified occupation, living in Phum Champouk Kaek 1, Sangkat Prek Thmey, Khan Chbar Ampov. There is surely more to this story.
