You won't even get anywhere near them as you will be denied boarding without having a visa.

Yes, some. UK and some US ones but it’s very random.

The London Embassy has a very helpful consular guy. Anyone in the UK ready to make an application can PM me and I will let you have his name and mobile number, the Embassy are not very good at answering their phones.

Vietnam might start flights to Cambodia as soon as this month; how will that work if there are no visas?

Some people have existing visas, some are Cambodians.
