Chinese Motorcyclist Killed on Impact in Phnom Penh Accident
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): In the early hours of September 2, 2020, at 3:15 am, a 36-year-old Chinese man, Chang Xi, a real estate agent, drove a motorbike, plate no. Kampong Speu 1C-1491, along the Russian Federation road in the direction from west to east and hit a street garden on the road, in Khan Prampi Makara, Phnom Penh. No other vehicles were involved.
The victim died immediately at the accident scene. The body was taken to keep at Steung Meanchey pagoda. RIP.
