Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On September 2, 2020, the Department of Human trafficking and minor protection collaborated with the Department of Social Affairs to arrest a 58-year-old woman, Ouk Yoeung, who was using seven kids to beg for money for her.
The suspect was arrested for child abuse at the park near Sokha hotel, Sangkat Chroy Changvar, Khan Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh.

The grandma said that every day she took those kids to beg money at the park near Sokha hotel, and then in the evening, she took them to stay near people's houses in the Chroy Changvar area. Every day, each kid would beg money for her, usually between 20,000 riels and 30,000 riels, and in return, she gave them about 1,500 riels or 2,000 riels to buy some food.
The suspect was an alcoholic, so sometimes, on a bad day when there was no money for drink, she would beat the children.

The old woman was taken into custody and detained by police for questioning. The seven kids have been sent to the Department of Social Affairs.

The police ought to be arresting every one of those kids' parents!! Fucking shameful to allow your kids to be gone all day and night with that degenerate POS!! These people are lacking a central nervous system.
