Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On October 24, at 7 am, a car was rescued after it was driven off the street and sank into the water in Sangkat Rolus, Khan Dong Kor, Phnom Penh. The incident happened at 8 pm, last night.
A Chinese man, who was driving the car, was saved by the police.

Cement trucks also like to swim...

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On December 18, 2020, a cement truck driven at high speed plunged into a canal in Sangat Prey Sor, Khan Donkor, Phnom Penh.

The source at the scene said that a cement truck of CIMC company, plate PP4A-8807, was driven along the street from west to east at high speed, when the driver lost control of his vehicle, which fell into the canal while he was attempting to overtake another big truck. There was nobody injured.

After the incident, the police checked the accident scene and allowed the truck owner to tow away the truck for repairs.

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On February 19, 2021, at 8:50 pm, a woman driving a Toyota Prius crashed the road barriers, a shop, and fell into the canal in Anglong Kong Thmie village, Sangkat Prey Sar, Khan Donkor, Phnom Penh.

A beautiful woman drove the car, with plate PP2BA-3202, in a north to south directionwhen the car turned right and crashed into the road barrier, a shop and drove straight into a dirty canal. The driver wasn't injured. She got out of the car and escaped from the scene.

After the incident, the police went to the accident scene and allowed the representative of the car driver to take the car away for repairs.

Cambodia News (Sihanoukville): On March 4, 2021, at 5:25 am, a Lexus RX 330 plate 2AY-9395 was driven off the road and fell into the canal on national road 4, Prey Nup district, Sihanoukville. The Chinese car driver was injured and sent to the hospital.

The driver involved in a fatal hit and run accident drove into a pond in Svay Rieng and was arrested at the scene.
A 53-year-old woman was killed earlier, when there was a collision between two cars outside her house. The woman was standing just outside her home when she was run down. Both drivers fled the accident scene, but were later caught by the police.
