Misleading. The numbers presented in this graph are misleading and do not accurately represent the FBI data from which they originated.

The stats are valid, if you read the article you will see that the graph derived from those stats can be viewed in a much different light.
It is in fact widely used as a dog whistle by supremacists, thus the Reuters fact check- I think a fairly neutral organization.

Interracial crime stats do get a bit more interesting, don't they?

Those who live there would know better than I, having spent perhaps 4 years total there since 1972.
