But does anyone know if you can extend a ER EOS from outside of the country, ( Embassy or consulate )

No, The applicant must be physically present in Cambodia to apply for an EOS. The DoI will confirm this via your entry stamp, database and FPCS.

Thanks for the response PSD, I thought that may be the state of play but worth asking..

And I take it PHN are not issuing E visas on arrival yet ??

Recently got EB from EG, no work permit. Explained situation to agentand paid more than I should.

Correct, still no Visas on Arrival.

Get a 'Job' here. Get a letter from your new 'employer'. Get a biz visa. Get a Covid-19 test. Get $2000 cash. Get some insurance. Get a plane ticket. Get laid.

Promised work when schools open after being let go since end of March. Have WP from old employer, but they didn't seem to care about that

If you got a 12 month extension a WP isn’t required.
