Strengthening your nutrition is the single best way to boost your immunity so Covid can't harm you. It's simple and safe, unlike vaccines.

If you are in Cambodia you already have plenty of sunlight (Vit D) and plenty of fresh fruit available. I don't think you should need a govt agency or the media to tell you that this is good for health.

I'm not saying that some of what 60 minutes said might not be true, but it does not apply to most reputable supplement brands. I've also seen studies that showed variance with label claims but nothing too dramatic.

The expensive pee argument is controversial and lots of scientists disagree.
