Re: When Two Wives Meet...
No slut shaming please.
What does it matter how many partners someone has?
If they are not lying to anyone, not sneaking around behind anyone's back and not hurting anyone, the Maths really doesn't matter a jot.
Once you've read the dictionary, every other book is just a remix.
Re: When Two Wives Meet...
There is so much individual insecurity about people who poke their noses and judge what others should be happy with. Everywhere one looks there is a cocktail of herd mentality and jealosy. “We cannot afford to be non-conformant and to not care what others think, and you should be like us.”

poly-amory is fine in theory
but we're not designed that way
and it always shows eventually
but carry on

It sounds so perfect....rozzieoz wrote:FYI.... I was the sole provider in my last polyamorous relationship.
I supported my ex and his girlfriend so he had a tremendous amount to gain - he had me to provide for him, and he had her for other stuff.
The wonderful thing about polyamory is that there isn't the pressure to be someone's whole world - you don't have to be perfect.
If there is something they need that you can't provide, they are free to pursue that.
So why was it a past tense thing?
I’m confused by the whole notion.
Re: When Two Wives Meet...
My ex and I were together for eight years, for two of those we had a mutual girlfriend, many forum members from SNV were very used to seeing the three of us together as a ''throuple.''newkidontheblock wrote: ↑Thu Jul 23, 2020 4:01 am It sounds so perfect....

Then he met someone else who is not polyamorous or bisexual or a very nice person.
She did everything she could to push me out. I was paying the rent on their apartment and all other living expenses and she couldn't be mature enough to be polite to me.
By the end, his sense of entitlement far exceeded my income. He was verbally and financially abusive and I decided I'd rather be alone than deal with his shit.
I am, and always will be polyamorous though.
Anyone entering my life knows the score, it's their choice to stay or go.
