Wild Orchid Bar on St 136 Closed by Police

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On July 19, 2020, at 5 pm, the Daun Penh governor led the police force to shut down the WILD ORCHID BAR on Street 136 in Sangkat Psar Kandal 1, Khan Don Penh, Phnom Penh, for causing noise and disturbing the neighbors.

The governor said that, after receiving repeated complaints about noise from the people who live near the WILD ORCHID BAR, the authorities have closed the bar temporarily as a warning. If the bar continues to open, the police will confiscate all the equipment inside the bar, and the establishment will be closed down permanently.

Apparently the neighbours were fed up with Orchid drowning out the base hum noise from Secrets next door
