'my friend barry raff is missing can someone please try and find him i have a bad feeling he was in hospital for 4 days tied to a bed when he screamed out for the australian consulate they realesed him took his medication from him put him in a guest house across the road from hospital last contact i had was the 29th june he had a air line ticket to came home they would not let him on plane because of the virus he is on face book two pages one with baldy head on his own one with his 90 year old mother please help'

What type of reward is on offer if this bloke is tracked down ? What his ladies friends ? He may be dossing out there .Have you checked the girlie bars on the tourist zones ?., How close is he to you ? How far ,how much effort are You prepared to go ?

Why would the hospital release him without his meds? What make this Australian end up in hospital and here with his 90 yr old mother?

I think it is just a poorly written post. It took me several reads but I think they are saying this person has two Facebook profiles (having checked this is true). One profile picture is him bald (presumably the picture used) and in the second profile picture he is with his 90 year old mother. He was actively posting 36 hours ago in memory of his father. perhaps he took some quiet time after that.

I hope he is found but it all seems very bizarre, chained to a bed with the Embassy having to get him released? The Australian Embassy has a fine reputation in Cambodia and I don't see that they would get someone released from hospital before their treatment was completed unless they were not that unwell in the first place. I hope he is found safe and well.
