If the Vietnamese motos in Kampot ridden by barang are anything to go by it’s a wonder that there’s not more fatalities reported.

Very true..adding drugs consumption (alcohol include) an inexpert drivers MUST result in a few deaths. Too many. Dont understand why people prefer risking their life in any country where local transport is soooo cheap.
