Foreigner does living statue impersonation in the middle of corner st 5 and 136 in PP

Street 136 is hardly renowned for attracting the best examples of western humanity. A fully clothed guy posing with a briefcase in the middle of the street is fairly tame compared to the usual theatrics you see down there.

I can come up with loads of things i think less of them for.
He isnt doing any harm.
Leave him be.
He will soon move when a car charges down the road in his direction

He's gone. Pulled down and dumped in the Tonle Sap.

Confederate statues and statues of other historical figures, including slave traders and Christopher Columbus, and guy on Street 136 are being toppled throughout the world this week. Read this if you don't believe me.
