Oh for sure, our goal is just to make it easier for the people to receive medical help starting first in Phnom Penh city since I have been in an accident and the whole treatment process was a big mess. The "big" hospital did not know how to treat my injury and it leads to more complications, almost costing me one of my legs. This concept has been proposed a lot but I never see any follow-ups. Anyways, yes! thanks for your advice. Appreciate it :D
