Good auto paint shop?

Post by jah steu »

I want to paint my moto in a new colour. Does anyone know a good paint place that won’t just do a dodgy job on it.

I've had good experience with Vays bike shop on 110 near 51 junction for paint or cosmetic do ups on bikes.

Just don't let them do any mechanical work.

From $250 to $2000, depending on the shop and quality of work. A decent, glass out, spray job on an older car I'd look to be paying around $450.

Did you have a bike repainted? If so what did they charge?
Always "hope" but never "expect".

I've had paint done on 10 bikes over 10 years or so. I think I paid $100 last time and I had the paint mixed myself first.

Best to talk to Vay. But don't use them for mechanical work!

I don't have direct experience with this guy but he customises bikes (and seems to do a pretty damn good job by the looks of his bikes for sale) and could be worth getting a quote from him. Facebook search: @HomeWorkShop.Motorbike or Home WorkShop

For cars, around the junction of 118 and 107 (near Bayon Market) there is a range of places from proper sealed booths to spraying out on the street.

Many. I use Jotun near Olympic. Bring them a paint code and they batch it out and mix.
