The team of 5 million would be happy to kick in $1.20 each as long as they know every cent of the money is accounted for.

sincere thanks to the Government and people of New Zealand.
So.......Cambodia didn't have a measly $3.8 mill to afford to reach out to NZ or Australia's mine clearance experts?

Yesterday I read a story of a jewelry Tycooness bragging over social media about the $900,000 RR she just bought.

This country makes my head spin.

Beg with one hand........hoard with the other.........Khmer mantra 101

Cambodian Prime Minister HE’s son unveiled a shipment of 290 Chinese-made military trucks on Thursday, saying the vehicles were not aid from Beijing but gifts from unnamed donors saying that the money for the trucks came from private donations and did not cost Cambodia a single riel.

Even the '' unnamed donors'' dont have their priorities right.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
