Cambodia News (Battambang): On June 17, 2020, at 2:30 am, a 31-year-old ladyboy, Noeun Rady, also called Lou, was seriously injured after getting stabbed by a man that she took back to her rented room, in Kamakor village, Sangkat Svay Por, Battambang. The case is suspected to be a botched robbery.

A woman, who is the victim's neighbor, said she saw the victim taking a man to her room, and then, a while later, they heard the victim screaming for help and saw the victim running out of her room full of blood. At the same time, the unknown man ran away to escape.

The victim's brother, named Noeun Kakada, 26 years old, said that that night, his brother(the victim) went to join him at his birthday party at Borey Rumchek, and he thought that she had left the party alone, but later, people told him that the victim took a man to her room.
The victim was stabbed in 3 places causing her to get seriously injured, and she passed out at the hospital. Her brother said he suspected that the man was trying to steal the victim's motorbike.

Someone called the police, who went to the scene to investigate. The room was full of blood, and police found a small knife and some clothes at the scene. The police are still searching for the suspect.
