These are the figures for a motorcycle

Import tax is 25% on the declared CIF value.
Then there is a 10% VAT calculated over the CIF value + import tax.
The total to be paid becomes 39.15% over CIF value.
If the importer is not a registered company but a private person there is an additional tax of 20% on CIF.
39.15% is the tax on a second-hand motorcycle
49.15% is the tax on a new motorcycle, and taxed together on the shipping cost.
You would also need to use a customs broker in Cambodia that will arrange an import licence and various other fees. $600+

Sorry if it's a dumb question but are those prices in the charts US Dollars or Cambodian currency? I'm still considering the move from Thailand when I can and would like to bring my car and all my electronic test equipment.

I would immigration it too be Reil, due to import duties taxed and invoiced that way, apparently.

Not bad, if I were to import a brand new G63 2019, it would cost me around 130 000$ in custom duty if I'm not wrong (+ 200k probably for a US spec one)

The values in the chart are in USD, although the actual amount calculated by Customs that you have to pay will be in Riel.
Don't forget the 20% premium on the value if the consignee on the paperwork is a private individual rather than a registered company.
